We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our products are tested, we guarantee the item to be in 100% working condition. Please be sure that the PARTS Number is EXACTLY match before you place order. If the item is not functioning, the buyer has to contact us within 7 days after receiving your item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wrong TV Part Returned
All of our Smart-TV-Parts TV parts are marked with a unique identifier. If you receive an RMA Number and then return the incorrect part to us, we will contact you via the phone/email tied to your Smart-TV-Parts order to facilitate the return of our TV part. If we can't reach you within two weeks of receiving the incorrect part, we will be unable to refund you for the return, charge you for any replacement parts (if applicable), and recycle the TV part you returned to us. Please contact us with any questions.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
